⭐ Initiative Values CBC

Five values guide the performance of the CBC initiative and its Executive and Technical Secretariat:

🤝
Integrity
INTEGRITY is a core value of the individuals who make up the CBC and its Executive and Technical Secretariat. Our team members are honest, upright, and transparent; they are good listeners and are tolerant of and respectful toward diversity. Respect for diversity means that we are passionate advocates for nature and its biological diversity, and that we also understand, respect, and defend the right of individuals and nations to cultural, political, religious, ethnic, and gender diversity.

Dedication
CBC team members demonstrate DEDICATION. This means we have the capacity to devote ourselves selflessly to fulfilling the mission and achieving established goals, especially during times of crisis or tension.
⚡
Effectiveness
Ultimately, all the aforementioned values are insufficient if the expected results are not achieved; therefore, a core value of the CBC is EFFECTIVENESS—that is, the ability to work effectively to fulfill the mission and complete tasks. We deliver results with the expected quality and on schedule, finding creative solutions to the problems we face.
